MVMT Academy’s signature class where we blend classic strength work, plyometrics, bodyweight movements, bands, bars, and bells and then shake it up with some high intensity intervals.This is the real all-rounder, you’re going to get a bit of everything. So whether it’s trying to cope with the demands of your sport, our northwestern wilderness or just everyday life, this class will leave you with the strength and stability to withstand all the elements. This workout is adaptive to all fitness levels and capabilities.

Sweat MVMT

A one hour intro class for all skill levels where we establish the foundations of strength, ensure healthy movement patterns and discover new ranges of motion. All are welcome. And of course bring a towel, because we’re still going to sweat.

This 45 minute, high-energy, low impact workout mixes HIIT training with the TRX suspension system. It’s a full body workout that will challenge your balance, your core, and improve your overall strength and stabilityIt’s a great workout for anyone, and because your working at bodyweight, you get out what you put in.

hustle & flow

Hustle & Flow

30 minutes of hustle followed by 30 minutes of flow, need we say more? A mix of bodyweight based movements requiring nothing more than your hustle followed by a blend of flow inspired yoga, myofacial release and stretching techniques. And yes this one’s for you too boys. Perfect for the athlete and everyone else. Great choice for active recovery day.

Sculpt

This lower body focused class will be sure to leave you with some serious swass. This leg-centric and booty focused class blends both the big muscle group exercises like squats and deadlifts to get you the growth with smaller banded and high rep movements that give you that sculpted look to get you those booty gains you’ve been after. Gals this ain’t just for you, those booty muscles are for you guys too. Responsible for you being able to run faster, jump higher and squat more weight, so if you like any of those things, you may want to come check this class out too.
